Die-Cut Coffee Card – IPC 215 Reminder

Cards, Newton's Nook Designs

Hello and welcome back!

The current Inky Paws Color Challenge ends this Friday, but there is still time to join the fun! Use the colors pink, teal, ice blue, and cookie dough brown on your project and link a photo to the Inky Paws Blog for a chance to win $20 to the Newton’s Nook Online Store!

For my second challenge project, I created a fun, caffeinated card using a few die sets. Here are the products I used:

Newton’s Nook Heart Frames Die Set

Newton’s Nook Coffee Silhouettes Die Set

Newton’s Nook Love Cafe Stamp Set

Marvy Snow Marker

White Embossing Powder

To create my card, I cut out multiples of each of the mugs in the Coffee Silhouettes Die Set using some scraps I had that matched the challenge colors. I laid the mugs and the Kraft heart out on a piece of white card stock that was cut to 4.25in x 5.5in. Once I was happy with the placement, I picked everything up with Press and Seal, and adhered them to the card front.

I then heat embossed the sentiment, “Espresso your Love” with white embossing powder onto the heart. To add texture to the whipped cream, I used a Marvy snow pen, which puffs when heated with a heat tool.

I hope you join us in the Inky Paws Challenge for a chance to win $20 to the Newton’s Nook Online Store! And make sure to check out the Sweetheart Sale and get 20% all regular-priced items!

Thanks for stopping by!
