Spook-tacular Sketch Card – IPC 219

Cards, Newton's Nook Designs

Hello and welcome back!

There are just a few days left to join the current Inky Paws Sketch Challenge! Use the sketch below as inspiration and link a photo to the Inky Paws Challenge Blog for a chance to win $20 to the Newton’s Nook Online Store!

For my second card using this sketch, I decided to create a spooky Halloween scene. Here are the products I used:

Newton’s Nook Halloween Pile Stamps and Coordinating Dies

Newton’s Nook Frames Squared Die Set

Catherine Pooler inks in Lilac, Crushed Violet, and Royal Treatment

White Acrylic Paint

White embossing powder

To color the image, I used the following Copic combinations:

Cat – 100, W8, W5, W3

Dog – E18, E17, E15, E13

Ghost sheet – C5, C3, C1

Witch hat – C8, C6, C4, V09, V06, V04

Pumpkin – YR09, YR07, YR12

To create the different sketch pieces, I cut out separate pieces of paper and ink blended on each. Here are the measurements for the sections (you can also check my last blog post for a more detailed description!)

4.25in L x 1.75in H

3.75in L x .5in H

2.25in W x 4.75in H

I hope you join us in the Inky Paws Challenge for a chance to win $20 to the Newton’s Nook Online Store!

Thanks for stopping by!
