sky Borders Die set

For my card, I started by stamping and coloring the toilet paper image from the Naughty Newton Stamp Set. This is an older stamp set, but it is so much fun! To color my images, I used Copic markers in 100, W8, W6, W5, W3, C3, C1, E17, E15, and E13. After coloring, I cut out the image using the coordinating dies.

Next, I cut a piece of white card stock to 3.5in x 4in. To emulate the sketch, I cut a triangle out of the bottom to create a banner shape. I wanted to add a little more to the banner, so I took a strip of black paper and cut the bottom with the scalloped die from the Sky Borders Die Set and added it to the top of the banner. Then I stamped the sentiments and glued the die cut image to the banner.

For the background, I made an A2 card base out of Kraft card stock. To add pattern to the background, I used the stitched stencil from the Argyle Stencil Set and inked it with a white pigment ink. Then, I added a one inch strip of vellum to the middle of the background.
